La Traviata

I watched Stéphane's Euros FS on YouTube for the first time just now. It has possibly overtaken Jeremy's Nationals SP as my favourite video of the year this far.

The program is beautiful, but it was nowhere near perfect. I love the gasp from the commentators when he fell on his footwork, that was basically my exact reaction. I thought he'd given up the medal for sure, and by the look on his face at the end, he thought he had, as well, but the moment when he gets his scores is just so fantastic. You can so hear the scream of delight that I said about in my Euros post, when his placing comes up. And my God, the man is beautiful.

If he can skate perfect in Vancouver, I really think he would stand a chance of beating the Plush. I have everything crossed right now. I probably won't even be able to watch him skate the free in Vancouver, I'll be so nervous!
